Terms and conditions 2022

• The ballot will be open for ticket applications from 5-19 September 2022. Now extended until 29 September 2022 to respect the time of national mourning.
• This ballot is only available to residents of UK and the Isle of Man.
• You can apply for tickets on as many routes as you like, as we want as many people to enjoy travelling by ferry as possible. If successful, you will only win tickets for one return sailing.
• You must be over the age of 18 to apply for tickets.
• Application does not guarantee tickets.
• The ballot draw will now take place on Thursday 30 September (extended from Tuesday 20 September 2022). 
• If you are successful you will be sent an email by Friday 30 September 2022 asking you to confirm you wish to accept your ticket voucher by 23:59 on Tuesday 4 October. If you confirm, you will be sent an email on 7 October with a link to a winner’s voucher and further details on how to book your tickets. If you do not confirm you wish to accept your ticket voucher by 23:59 on 4 October the tickets will be returned to the pot, so that they can be claimed by another applicant to enjoy.
• Any returned tickets can be claimed by non-winner from 09:00-23:59 on Wednesday 5 October 2022.
• Each winners voucher has a unique identification number and cannot be copied or transferred to another person.
• Keep your voucher safe as it cannot be re-issued or replaced if lost or stolen.
• The ferry operator will have your contact details to check against the voucher and may request additional identification.
• Tickets must be booked with the ferry operator in advance, using the unique voucher ID.
• Vouchers must be redeemed for travel between 10 October 2022 and the 11 December 2022, unless otherwise stated. Additional terms and conditions apply for travel from the individual ferry operators. Please see their offer page for full terms and conditions and travel dates.
• Tickets won in Big Ferry Fortnight are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offer.
• If, due to circumstances beyond a ferry operator’s control, such as severe weather, they have to cancel your sailing, the ferry operator is not obliged to offer an alternative date.
• The voucher is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• The value of the voucher is 0.0001p.

• All information listed on the ferry operators' pages and details of their ticket offer are the responsibility of the ferry operators themselves, and they are required to check and ensure it is clear and valid.
